- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 200g shirataki noodles
Soy Products
- 🧈 150g grilled tofu, quartered
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water

Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Quarter the grilled tofu.

Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and cut into manageable lengths.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add seasonings, tofu, green onion, and shirataki. Cover and simmer on low heat for 7–8 minutes, occasionally turning the tofu.
