 - 🍄 1 pack maitake mushrooms
 - 1 tsp salad oil
 - to taste kaiware sprouts
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp miso
 - 🍯 2 tsp honey
 - 1 tsp grated ginger

Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beef and maitake mushrooms, stir-frying until the beef changes color.

Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and simmer until the liquid is absorbed. Serve on a plate and garnish with kaiware sprouts.
