- 🥩 400g diced beef chuck
- 120g soaked glass noodles
- 1 chopped green chili
- 🥒 1/4 diced zucchini
- 🧈 1/2 block diced tofu
- 🧅 1/4 stalk chopped green onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 cups anchovy-kelp broth
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
步驟

Dice the beef into small cubes.

Chop the green chili and green onion, and dice the zucchini and tofu.

In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add the beef and chopped vegetables to the pot and cook until tender.
