    • 💧 2 tbsp water
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp doubanjiang
    • 🥜 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • Chili Oil Ingredients

    • 🧄 4 garlic cloves
    • 🧅 10 cm green onion
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

步驟

Blend all sauce ingredients using a hand blender to create a peanut sauce.

Mix garlic, green onion, chili powder, and vegetable oil in a bowl, then microwave for 1 minute.

Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and julienne the cucumber and green onions.

Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water.

In the same water, poach the chicken breasts until fully cooked.

Shred the cooked chicken breasts along the grain.

Mix the shredded chicken and blanched mushrooms together.
