Dry Ingredients
- 🌾 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🍬 1 cup sugar
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 🍌 3 mashed bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Add-ins
- 🌰 1 cup chopped nuts
步驟
Sift together flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar, egg, and vegetable oil until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix well.
Add mashed bananas, vanilla essence, and milk to the batter and mix until smooth.
Fold in half of the chopped nuts into the batter.
Grease a baking tin with oil and dust with flour, then pour the batter into the tin.
Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top of the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 1 hour.
