    • 🍚 400g rice cakes
    • 3 sheets flat fish cakes
    • 💧 1 paper cup water
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
    • 🥚 1 boiled egg
    • A pinch of sesame seeds
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp chili powder
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar

步驟

Soak frozen rice cakes in water until softened and boil briefly.

Reserve 1 cup of the boiling water and mix it with the seasoning ingredients.

Add the seasoning mixture to the pot and bring to a boil. Add fish cakes and boiled egg.

Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients. Adjust with water if too salty.

Add green onion and stir lightly before serving.
