Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
 - 3 slices bacon
 - 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
 - 🥕 4cm carrot (30g), julienned
 
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
 
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 2 tsp vinegar
 - 2 tsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp sesame oil

Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Cut vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.

Cut bacon into 1cm strips. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the bacon.

Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook according to package instructions. Drain well.

Mix the dressing ingredients (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the cooked vermicelli, bacon, cucumber, and carrot, then toss well.
