Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped

- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🥛 4 tbsp milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Coating
- 🍞 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs for coating
Oil
- Enough rice oil for frying
步驟
Mix 3 tbsp breadcrumbs with 4 tbsp milk to soften.
Finely chop 1/2 onion. You can add other vegetables if desired.
Heat rice oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
In a bowl, combine ground pork, sautéed onion, softened breadcrumbs, egg yolk, salt, and pepper.
Knead the mixture until it binds together. If too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
Prepare coating stations: flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
Shape the mixture into flat, round patties and coat in flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs sequentially.
Wrap patties for freezing if desired, using plastic wrap to seal tightly.
Heat rice oil in a pan and fry the patties until golden brown. Adjust heat to prevent burning.
