- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (20x20cm)

- 🍗 100g chicken thigh
 
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Condiments
- Mayonnaise as needed
 - Chopped seaweed as needed
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
步驟
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Slice avocado into 1cm width and thinly slice onion.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add chicken, and cook on medium heat until browned on both sides. Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens and remove from heat to cool slightly.
Place thawed puff pastry on a baking sheet, top with the chicken mixture, scatter avocado slices, and drizzle with mayonnaise. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with chopped seaweed and slice to serve.
