- 🍞 2 slices rye bread
Seafood
- 🦐 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🍅 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 🥑 1.5 avocados, sliced
- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
- Pickled onion, as needed
Eggs
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp crushed pepperoncino
Sauces
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard sauce
步驟
Prepare all ingredients. Cut rye bread in half or use other bread like baguette or whole wheat.
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan, add olive oil, minced garlic, and cook shrimp until golden.
Slice avocado, tomatoes, boiled eggs, and cucumber.
Toast the bread slices lightly in a pan.
Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, and mustard sauce in a 1:1:1 ratio to make the sauce.
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bread, then layer with tomato, pickled onion, and avocado slices.
Add sliced boiled eggs on top and sprinkle with crushed pepperoncino.
Top with cooked shrimp and garnish with dried basil.
