- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 piece of pollock roe
- 🥚 1 egg
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
