Crumble
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 5g baking powder
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 🍬 110g sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 🧈 85g butter
Filling
- 🍎 2 apples
- 🍬 80g sugar
- 🧈 30g butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 🍋 a dash of lemon juice
步驟
Combine all crumble ingredients and mix with a scraper, then rub with your hands to create a crumbly texture. Store in the freezer.
Cook the filling ingredients (apple, butter, sugar) over medium heat until softened.
Add cinnamon powder and lemon juice, then simmer until the liquid is almost gone.
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Press half of the crumble mixture into the tray as the base.
Spread the apple filling evenly over the base.
Top with the remaining crumble mixture and press lightly to set.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.
Cool completely before slicing and serving.
