步驟
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Ensure the egg and butter are at room temperature.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well with a whisk.
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter until creamy and slightly fluffy.
Add sugar to the butter and continue beating until the mixture is smooth and grain-free.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Beat for 1-1.5 minutes until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold gently using a spatula.
Add white chocolate chips and coconut flakes to the dough. Mix until evenly distributed.
Divide the dough into 15 equal portions (about 2 tablespoons each) and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
