步驟
Cream the softened butter using a whisk until smooth. Gradually add sugar and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
Slowly add room-temperature milk while whisking until the sugar granules are nearly dissolved. Sift in cake flour, cocoa powder, and almond slices, then mix until combined.
Shape the dough into a cylindrical log using plastic wrap or a bag. Chill in the freezer for 1 hour to firm up.
Slice the dough into 0.7cm–0.8cm thick pieces and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 15 minutes.
