- 🐟 1 canned tuna
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 handful chopped onion
- 🥒 1 handful chopped zucchini
- 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🥕 1 handful chopped carrot
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
- 🍞 1 slice frozen bread
Steak Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧅 A small amount of onion

Drain the canned tuna lightly, leaving a bit of oil, and place it in a bowl.
Finely chop the vegetables (onion, zucchini, green onion, carrot) as you would for fried rice.
Stir-fry the vegetables in the order of carrot, zucchini, onion, and green onion. Spread them out in a large bowl to cool.
Blend frozen bread into breadcrumbs using a mixer. Alternatively, use store-bought breadcrumbs.
Mix ketchup, corn syrup, soy sauce, and vinegar to create the steak sauce.
Combine the drained tuna, stir-fried vegetables, minced garlic, and egg in a bowl.
Gradually add breadcrumbs while kneading the mixture until it reaches a sticky consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size. One canned tuna typically makes about six small patties.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and carefully fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
For the steak sauce, sauté onion in the pan, then pour the sauce mixture and simmer until thickened.
Serve the patties with the steak sauce and rice on the side.
