MALZEMELER
- Grains - 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
 
- Seafood - 20g dried shirasu
 
- Eggs - 🥚 1 beaten egg
 
- Pickles - 30g takana pickles
 
- Oils - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
- Seasonings - 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
 
ADIMLAR
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten egg and stir until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the same pan and heat. Add cooked rice and stir to break it apart. Add dried shirasu, takana pickles, and the cooked egg. Stir quickly over medium heat.
Add soy sauce and pepper, then stir to combine. Serve immediately.
