- 🦐 100g dried shrimp
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp rice wine

Prepare the dried shrimp by sifting them through a strainer to remove any debris.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, chili powder, and rice wine in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Dry roast the shrimp in a pan over low heat to remove any fishy smell and excess moisture.
Add 3 tbsp of cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the shrimp quickly until crispy.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and stir-fry over low heat.
Turn off the heat and mix in 2 tbsp of corn syrup and sesame seeds.
