MALZEMELER
- Essential Ingredients - 🐚 300g clams
- 5 Sichuan chili peppers
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- A small amount of vegetable oil
 
- Optional Ingredients - 🧅 3 stalks green onion
 
ADIMLAR
Slice garlic and ginger, and chop green onions into small pieces.
Heat a pan without oil and stir-fry the clams until they open. Remove clams from the pan.
Add oil to the pan, stir-fry Sichuan chili peppers, garlic, and ginger, then add soy sauce for aroma.
Add clams, soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar, stir-fry briefly, then add green onions and finish.
