ADIMLAR
Finely chop the Cheongyang chilies, fish cake, and carrot.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the chopped ingredients until softened.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with soy sauce, sesame oil, black sesame seeds, and the stir-fried ingredients.
Lay a sheet of seaweed on a flat surface, spread the seasoned rice evenly, and roll tightly.
Brush the rolled gimbap with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
