MALZEMELER
- Vegetables - 🥬 5 leaves lettuce
- 5 leaves chicory
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
 
- Protein - 180g soft tofu
 
- Sauce Ingredients - 2 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp pickled sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🌾 1 tsp sesame seeds
 
ADIMLAR
Wash lettuce and chicory thoroughly in vinegar water.
Cut lettuce, chicory, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange the vegetables on a large plate, placing soft tofu pieces carefully around the edges.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place them between the tofu pieces.
Mix vinegar, soy sauce, pickled sauce, plum extract, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and tofu to complete the dish.
