MALZEMELER
- Spices - 1 packet curry powder
 
- Liquids - 💧 400 ml water
 
- Staples - 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
 
- Protein - 2 cups soft tofu
- 🥚 2 eggs
 
- Vegetables - 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 🥒 1/3 zucchini
- 🥦 2-3 florets broccoli
- 🍆 1/2 eggplant
- 🥔 1/2 potato
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 1/2 king oyster mushroom
 
ADIMLAR
Prepare and wash all vegetables.
Mix curry powder with a small amount of water to make a paste.
Add chopped vegetables and water to a pot.
Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and add the curry paste, mixing well.
Beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl.
Add the beaten eggs to the pot and stir gently.
Cut soft tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until fully cooked.
Serve the curry over warm rice and top with soft tofu.
