- 1 napa cabbage core
- 🌾 1 cup flour
- 💧 1 cup water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Generous amount of cooking oil
Dipping Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🍋 1 tbsp vinegar
ADIMLAR
Mix 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of water in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce to season the batter.
Prepare the napa cabbage by breaking the thick white parts slightly to help them adhere to the pan.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over high heat. Dip each cabbage leaf into the batter and fry until crispy on both sides.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing 1 tbsp Korean soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp minced garlic, 0.5 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, 0.5 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp vinegar.
Serve the crispy cabbage pancakes with the dipping sauce on the side.
