- 1 handful dried seaweed
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 Generous amount of sesame seeds
- Generous amount of cooking oil
ADIMLAR
Prepare dried seaweed by cleaning and cutting it into small pieces.
Heat a pan and add a generous amount of cooking oil. Add the seaweed.
Stir-fry the seaweed until crispy and slightly browned, about 2–3 minutes.
Add sesame seeds and sugar generously to the pan.
Press larger pieces with a spoon to break them into smaller bits.
Let the dish cool down; it will become crispy and ready to serve.
