MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 1 bowl of rice cakes
- 10 Vienna sausages
- 🥬 1/2 handful of cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 handful of onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 200 ml steak sauce
- 2 tbsp honey mustard sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
ADIMLAR
Prepare Vienna sausages by cutting them in half, and chop the onion, cabbage, and rice cakes.
Heat a pan and add the rice cakes.
Add Vienna sausages and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add 200 ml of steak sauce and 2 tbsp of honey mustard sauce.
Pour in 100 ml of water.
Simmer for 7–10 minutes until the rice cakes and sausages are fully cooked.
Add 1 tbsp of sugar and stir well.
Add chopped cabbage and sliced onion.
Once the vegetables are well combined, the dish is ready to serve.
