MALZEMELER
- Vegetables - 1 bunch garlic scapes
 
- Seasoning - 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligo syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
 
- Other - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
 
ADIMLAR
Cut the garlic scapes into bite-sized pieces, wash them thoroughly, and drain the water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the garlic scapes.
Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry until the surface of the garlic scapes is cooked.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.
Add oligo syrup and continue stir-frying on medium or low heat.
Add cooking wine and stir well.
Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2 minutes to soften the garlic scapes.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish or storage container, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and enjoy!
