MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack tofu
- 🍄 300g oyster mushrooms
- 🐖 200g pork
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 1/2 handful green onions
- 1 spicy chili
- A bit of red chili
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 cup anchovy stock
Seasoning
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
ADIMLAR
Wash and shred the oyster mushrooms along the grain. Dice the pork and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the onion, green onions, and chili peppers. Prepare the tofu by cutting it into thick pieces and patting dry with a paper towel.
Mix the seasoning ingredients into a sauce and set aside.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp perilla oil. Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides over medium-high heat.
In the same pan, cook the seasoned pork over medium-low heat until browned.
Add the onion, oyster mushrooms, and half a cup of anchovy stock to the pan. Stir well.
Place the fried tofu on top of the mixture.
Mix the remaining anchovy stock with the prepared sauce and pour it into the pan. Simmer until the dish is bubbling and flavors meld together.
Serve the tofu mushroom stir-fry hot. Enjoy!
