- 🍚 4 servings of cooked rice
- 600g pork shoulder slices
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced into 5cm pieces
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧄 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
ADIMLAR
Cut the pork shoulder slices into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, scallion, and chilies.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the pork until cooked.
Add sliced onion, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry.
Add sugar, chili powder, soy sauce, and salt to season the mixture.
Add scallion, chilies, and minced garlic, then stir-fry again.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
