    • 1 handful beet leaves

  • Salad Dressing

    • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 2 slices canned pineapple
    • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
    • 🧅 1/8 onion
    • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • A pinch of pepper
  • Meat Marinade

    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp rice wine
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt
    • A pinch of pepper
    • A pinch of rosemary
  • Meat Sauce

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp rice wine
    • 1/2 cup water
    • A pinch of pepper

Tenderize the pork neck with the back of a knife and marinate it in the meat marinade for 30 minutes. Chop chicory and beet leaves into bite-sized pieces and soak them in cold water. Blend the salad dressing ingredients in a mixer.

Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté halved shallots, garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper. In the same pan, fry 2 eggs over medium heat until semi-cooked.

Heat a pan on high heat and sear the pork neck until golden brown. Reduce to medium heat, add the meat sauce in two portions, and finish by adding pineapple slices.

Plate the vegetables and pork neck steak, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and drizzle with salad dressing.
