MALZEMELER
- Wrapper - 6 dumpling wrappers
 
- Filling - 1 pack (45g) natto
- 20g pickled radish
- 4 shiso leaves
- 1 packet natto sauce
 
- Topping - Mayonnaise as needed
- Chopped green onion as needed
 
ADIMLAR
Finely chop the pickled radish and remove stems from shiso leaves, then cut them into thin strips.
Mix natto, pickled radish, shiso leaves, and natto sauce in a container.
Place 1/6 of the natto mixture onto each dumpling wrapper, moisten the edges with water, and seal tightly.
Arrange the dumplings on a toaster tray and bake until both sides are golden brown. Drizzle with mayonnaise and sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
