MALZEMELER
- Vegetables - 125g pea shoots
 
- Seafood - 1 tsp dried wakame
 
- Seasoning - 1/3 tsp granulated dashi
- 2 tbsp miso
 
- Liquid - 💧 400ml water
 
ADIMLAR
Trim the roots off the pea shoots and cut them into thirds.
Heat water and granulated dashi in a pot over medium heat until boiling. Add dried wakame and turn off the heat. Dissolve miso into the mixture.
Add pea shoots to the pot and heat over medium heat until the pea shoots become tender, bringing the soup to a gentle boil.
