    • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Heat a wide pan and add sesame oil. Adjust the amount based on the pan size.

Slice the radish into thin strips.

Add the radish to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened. Add a pinch of salt and continue stir-frying.

Add the washed soybean sprouts next to the radish.

Pour water into the pan until the radish and sprouts are submerged.

Cover the pan and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add salt to taste at the end.
