Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🌭 4 Vienna sausages, scored
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- A small amount of canola oil
- 💧 130 ml water
ADIMLAR
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Cut the Vienna sausages into thirds and make cross-shaped cuts on each piece.
Slice the red chili into thin pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of canola oil and sauté the potatoes until partially cooked.
Add water to the pan.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and corn syrup, then pour the mixture into the pan.
Simmer until the sauce reduces and the potatoes are fully cooked.
Finish with sesame seeds and sesame oil, then stir quickly before serving.
