MALZEMELER
Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
 - 4-5 perilla leaves
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 1/4-1/3 cup cooking oil
 - 1/3 cup water
 - 1/4-1/3 cup water
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp cooking wine
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 
ADIMLAR
Cut tofu into 12 thick slices and fry in a pan with plenty of cooking oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Discard the cooking oil and add 1/3 cup water to the pan with the tofu (water should cover about 40% of the tofu).
Add finely chopped onion, perilla leaves, and the mixed seasoning sauce to the pan. Stir gently to combine.
Simmer over medium-low or medium heat until the liquid reduces. Add another 1/4-1/3 cup water and continue simmering until the liquid is almost gone.
Drizzle sesame oil over the tofu and serve.
