 - 🍄 80g enoki mushrooms
 - 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
 - 🌿 2 sprigs crown daisy
 - 🥬 1 head bok choy
 - 🧅 1/6 onion
 - 🧅 5cm green onion
 - 50g soaked glass noodles
 - 3 cups anchovy kelp stock
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 
Beef Marinade Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 🧅 2 tbsp grated onion
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - A pinch of black pepper
 - A dash of sesame oil
 
ADIMLAR
Mix the beef bulgogi with the marinade ingredients and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the remaining vegetables into large chunks.
Arrange the mushrooms and vegetables around the edge of a hot pot or large pan.
Place the marinated beef in the center, pour the stock over, and bring to a boil.
