Main Ingredients
- 🧀 226g cream cheese
- 🥛 110g heavy cream
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cake flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
ADIMLAR
Bring all ingredients to room temperature to remove chill.
Soften cream cheese using a spatula until smooth.
Add sugar to the cream cheese.
Beat two eggs and gradually add them to the cream cheese mixture in 2-3 batches.
Add heavy cream and mix until combined.
Sift cake flour into the mixture and stir until smooth.
Line a 15cm round cake pan with crumpled parchment paper for a rustic look.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 25-30 minutes.
Cool the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
