INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦪 6 scallops (sashimi grade)
Cheese / Dairy
- đź§€ 1 mozzarella cheese (100g)
Vegetables
- 4 turnips (320g)
- Baby leaf greens (as needed)

Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the turnips thinly and sprinkle with salt. Massage lightly and let sit for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.
Cut the mozzarella cheese in half, then slice into 5mm thick pieces.
Slice the scallops horizontally to halve their thickness.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange turnips, scallops, and mozzarella cheese in a wreath shape on a plate. Scatter baby leaf greens on top and drizzle with the sauce.
