Essential Ingredients
- 🐖 200g pork shoulder slices
- 120g bean sprouts
- 🧅 60g onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🍠 1/2 sweet potato, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, sliced
- A small amount of green onion, chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 🧄 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 3g coarse chili powder
步驟
Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms and slice them. Peel and slice carrot, sweet potato, and onion. Chop chili pepper and green onion.
Mix bean sprouts, onion, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potato, and carrot in a bowl.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, chili pepper, minced garlic, and chili powder in a bowl.
Boil water in a steamer and place a steaming tray on top.
Layer the vegetable mix and pork slices alternately on a plate.
Place the plate on the steaming tray and steam for 7 minutes.
Remove the plate from the steamer, garnish with green onion, and drizzle the prepared seasoning on top.
