- 1 block tofu
- 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking syrup
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
手順
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry zucchini, onion, and green onion until softened.
Add minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Add squid to the pan and cook until tender and flavorful.
Add tofu to the pan and mix gently to avoid breaking it.
Prepare the sauce by mixing water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and cooking syrup.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Finish with sesame seeds and additional black pepper to taste.
