    • 3 tbsp red chili powder
    • 3 tbsp gochujang

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A pinch of black pepper

STEPS

Prepare the squid by cleaning and making diagonal cuts on its surface for better seasoning absorption.

Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces and slice the green chilies and green onion (white part finely, green part into 5 cm strips).

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.

Heat 3 tbsp of cooking oil in a deep pan over high heat and sauté the white part of the green onion to make fragrant green onion oil.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until its color changes slightly.

Pour the prepared marinade into the pan and stir-fry over high heat until well combined.

Add the green chilies and green onion strips to the pan and continue stir-frying.

Create a small space in the center of the pan, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, and mix quickly to enhance the smoky flavor.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
