    • 🧅 1 stalk green onion
    • 4 cups anchovy kelp broth
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • A pinch of black pepper

Add 350g of soft tofu to a pot.

Slice the white part of 1 stalk of green onion and add it to the pot along with 2 tbsp of soy sauce.

Pour 4 cups of anchovy kelp broth into the pot. If you don't have anchovy kelp broth, use plain water and season with shrimp paste instead of soy sauce.

Place the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Once the soup is boiling, crack 2 eggs into a bowl, whisk them, and pour them into the pot along with the sliced green part of the green onion.

Stir the soup gently to prevent the eggs from clumping.

Finally, add a pinch of black pepper to taste.
