- 🍤 50 shrimps
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🧈 0.5 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
PASSOS
Thaw the frozen shrimp, remove excess water, and prepare them.
Season the shrimp with 1 tbsp rice wine and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well.
Mix the sauce ingredients: 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp chili powder.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil and sauté sliced garlic until golden brown.
Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they start turning pink.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well with the shrimp.
Add 0.5 tbsp butter and stir-fry quickly to finish the dish.
