Main Ingredients
- 🥚 1 egg
- 10 tbsp oatmeal
- 💧 150 ml water
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Whisk the egg in a bowl.
Pour 150 ml of boiling water into the bowl to cook the egg.
Add 10 tbsp of oatmeal and let it soak for 3 minutes until softened.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, chopped green onion, and sesame oil.
Add 1 tbsp of the prepared seasoning sauce and 1 tsp sesame oil to the porridge. Mix well and enjoy.
