Main Ingredients
- 🍤 120g shrimp
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1 cup chopped green onion
- 🥕 A small amount of diced carrot
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice
- 🧂 To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
चरण
Chop green onion into 1 cup and finely dice a small amount of carrot for color.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan and make scallion oil.
Push the green onions to one side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
Add diced carrot and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry together.
