INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 🧅 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 can of spicy tuna
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Optional: 1/4 paprika, chopped
- A pinch of chopped green onion
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
PASSI
Slice the onion into thick strips. Mince the garlic and chop paprika if using.
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Sauté garlic and onion until softened.
Add paprika (if using) and stir-fry briefly. Open the spicy tuna can and add it to the pan, cooking until well combined.
Add chopped green onion or other herbs like chives or perilla leaves. Turn off the heat.
Serve warm rice on a plate, top with the spicy tuna onion stir-fry, and drizzle sesame oil.
