INGREDIENTS

- 1 piece cod roe (40-50g)
Vegetables
- 30g dried daikon strips
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp concentrated mentsuyu

- 1 tbsp shredded nori
STEPS
Boil water and cook dried daikon strips for 4-5 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the root from kaiware sprouts. Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Mix cod roe, mayonnaise, and mentsuyu in a bowl.
Combine the mixture with kaiware sprouts and daikon strips. Serve in a dish and sprinkle shredded nori on top.
