- 1 bell pepper

- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Slice the green onion and soak it in water to remove spiciness.
