- 🍤 10 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp frying mix
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp chili sauce

Peel and devein the shrimp, removing the heads and tails.
Season the shrimp lightly with salt, pepper, and rice wine.
Coat the shrimp with frying mix evenly.
Mix the remaining frying mix with water until thick, then add ice cubes for a cold batter.
Heat grapeseed oil to medium temperature and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
Double fry the shrimp for extra crispiness.
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili oil, ketchup, hot chili sauce, doubanjiang, oyster sauce, sugar, and syrup.
Toss the fried shrimp in the prepared sauce and serve.
