    • 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)

    • 🧀 20g pizza cheese
    • 🧈 20g salted butter
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp miso
    • 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper

Cut the cabbage into two wedges.

Mix the miso, butter, garlic, and salt and pepper in a bowl.

Place the cabbage wedges on aluminum foil, spread half of the miso mixture on the cut sides, and wrap tightly.

Bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes, then remove and sprinkle pizza cheese on top. Bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
