    • 5 dried anchovies
  • Seasoning

    • 5 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 1 tbsp soybean paste

    • A pinch of sesame salt

Rinse the yeolmu (young radish greens) 2–3 times and squeeze out excess moisture.

Heat 5 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp soybean paste, and 1 tbsp red pepper powder. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.

Add the prepared yeolmu and 5 dried anchovies to the pan. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.

Pour in 250ml of water, cover the pan, and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle a pinch of sesame salt before serving.
