Essential Ingredients
- 🦐 5 whole shrimps
- 120g pancake mix
- 🥛 100g milk
- 🥚 6 eggs
- 🌽 3 tbsp sweet corn
- 🧀 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp parsley powder
手順
Boil the shrimps in boiling water for 4–5 minutes.
Mix 120g pancake mix, 100g milk, and 1 egg together.
Pour 4 tbsp of the batter into a microwave-safe bowl or paper cup and microwave for 1 minute.
Remove the partially cooked batter, crack an egg on top, season with salt and pepper, and pierce the yolk with a toothpick.
Microwave for 30 seconds twice until the egg is partially cooked.
Top with boiled shrimp, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese, then microwave for 30 seconds twice or until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle parsley powder on top and serve. If using an oven, bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
